Dr. Carlton graduated high school from Linsley School in Wheeling, West Virginia, in 1989 and received his undergraduate pre-med study at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, in May of 1997. He received a BS Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in October 2000, and received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in October 2000. At Palmer College of Chiropractic he served as class president and was on the Dean and President's list, and received a Service Merit Award.
Dr. Carlton is a member of the Palmer National Alumni Association, a Clinic Excellence Award nominee and a Virgil Strang Philosophy Award nominee at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Carlton has had the pleasure of providing service to six different hospitals in local villages throughout India as Clinic Abroad Care Provider in 2000. He is a member of the West Virginia Chiropractic Society, Inc., and an American Heart Association approved cardiopulmonary resuscitation emergency cardiac care provider.
In 2000, he was employed as a Chiropractic Physician by Dr. Mark A. Davis of Davis Chiropractic in Barboursville, West Virginia. When Dr. Davis retired at the end of 2000, Dr. Harris and Dr. Carlton bought the practice and became co-owners of Carlton & Harris Chiropractic, Inc., dba Davis Chiropractic in January 2001. In January 2006, as co-owners, they opened a second chiropractic office in the new HIMG Regional Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.
Dr. Roger J. Harris
Dr. Harris graduated from Barboursville High School, Barboursville, West Virginia, and finished his undergrad pre
-med study at Marshall University, Huntington, West Virginia in July 1995. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa in June 1999. Dr. Harris received a B.S. Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in association with Marshall University in June 1999.
In 1999, he was employed as a Chiropractic Physician by Dr. Mark A. Davis of Davis Chiropractic in Barboursville, West Virginia. Dr. Harris is a member of Palmer National Alumni Association, a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in X‑Ray/Radiographic study and interpretation and certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in the use of physiotherapeutic modalities. He is a member of the West Virginia Chiropractic Society, Inc., and the American Heart Association approved Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiac Care Provider since December 7, 1993. Dr. Harris has attended Harvard Medical School Continuing Education Classes on Lower Back Pain and Sciatica in October 2000.
Dr. Theresa R. Harris
Dr. Theresa Harris graduated from Cambria Heights High School in Patton, Pennsylvania in 1992. She then attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1995 where she studied Exercise Physiology and Biology.
Dr. Harris graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in June 1999. She is certified in the following techniques: Diversified, Gonstead and Advanced Gonstead Lumbopelvic, Toggle Recoil, Activator Methods, Lumbar Flexion-Distraction, Nimmo Receptor-Tonus Technique and Thompson.
Her special interests include geriatrics and pediatrics.
Dr. Harris has been employed by Carlton & Harris Chiropractic, Inc., dba Davis Chiropractic since January 2001 and is currently working at the Davis Chiropractic, HIMG Regional Medical Center location.
